A. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Elsewhere, we take great care in ensuring that every item we send out meets our quality standards. As such, all sales are final, except in the case of faulty items that affect the functionality of the product (e.g. undone stitching, damaged straps, faulty zippers, missing or broken buttons, and similar issues).
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return and refund within 14 days or two weeks of your purchase date. Requests made beyond this period will unfortunately no longer be eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return request, please email us at elsewheresupply.ph@gmail.com with the subject line:
“Order #XXXX Return Request”
Kindly include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the faulty item so our team can review your request.
Once your return has been approved, we will cover the shipping fees for the return of the faulty item. After we receive and inspect the item, you may choose one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement – Receive a new item of the same variant (if you choose this option and the item is unavailable, we shall issue a full refund via bank transfer)
- Store Credit – Receive store credit equivalent to the value of your original purchase
Our team will guide you through the next steps once your request has been approved.
B. SHIPPING POLICY
We currently offer standard shipping for all orders within the Philippines.
Shipping fees are calculated as follows:
- Metro Manila: ₱90-110
- Luzon: ₱170-360
- Visayas: ₱280-380
- Mindanao: ₱320-420
Please note that these rates are subject to change without prior notice, depending on courier adjustments.
Once an order is placed, our team will need 2–3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order. After your order has been handed over to the courier, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Manila: 1-2 business days
- Luzon: 2-3 business days
- Vis-Min: 5-7 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and courier details, so you can easily monitor the delivery of your package.
Please note that once an order has been handed over to the courier, the responsibility for the shipment is transferred to the courier service. In the event of lost or damaged packages during transit, the courier will be responsible for investigating and resolving the issue in accordance with their policies.
