When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2-3 business days after they are placed.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery typically takes:
- Metro Manila: 1-2 business days
- Luzon: 2-3 business days
- Vis-Min: 5-7 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are as follows:
- Metro Manila: ₱90-110
- Luzon: ₱170-360
- Visayas: ₱280-380
- Mindanao: ₱320-420
These are subject to change without prior notice depending on courier adjustments.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing the courier details and your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final, except in the case of items with manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the product (e.g. faulty zippers, undone stitching, or broken straps).
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
Please email elsewheresupply.ph@gmail.com within 14 days or two weeks of purchase with the subject line:
“Order #XXXX Return Request”
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item so our team can review your request.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during delivery?
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, the courier becomes responsible for the shipment. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, the courier will investigate and resolve the issue according to their policies.

Will you restock sold-out products?
While we do our best to keep our products available year-round, certain items may occasionally sell out. If this happens, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available again.
